Thank You Melbourne & Adelaide!
The entire Fogerty Camp wants to send out a HUGE THANK YOU to Melbourne & Adelaide for making the shows so special! A great time was had by all. Click read more to see a handful of fan comments that have come in.
From Madphil of Elizabeth Grove Sth Aus:
Creedence on steroids, best ever Fogerty gig in Adelaide, surpasses the old CCR band that blitzed Apollo Stadium in 1972,power packed from start to finish, nobody does it better than John Fogerty, we were warmed up by a great support band Sheepdogs, then Fogerty and his ace band blew the place apart with pure precision Rock and Roll.
From Andy of Crafers :
his guy is an absolute hero and very important to our rock music history .. I saw him in Melbourne and he played to a packed house. Much respect :)
From Loved it of Adelaide:
turned up for them! I was there I was there Hooray!! I've been to a few concerts - I've never seen so many guys dancing in the isles....their seats...all over the place, it was fantastic Western suburbs rocked all night!! But I was there...
From Jen of Adelaide:
Best concert I've seen. Even beats ACDC, Chisel and Santana. Absolute brilliance !!
From thomas of paradise:
i was at the concert and i thoroughly enjoyed myself and it was a privilidge on being in the presence of a highly talented rock singer and musician - thank you john for coming to Adelaide - please come back soon!||| From Fogerty Fan of Adelaide Fantastic show - worth every penny i paid and would do it all again tonight if he was playing again !! What a show, What a Legend!!!
From Iain Carlin of Hallett Cove:
Fogerty put on an awesome night and he has not aged a bit. One thing Patrick did not mention was the opening act, The SheepDogs - one of the best support bands I have seen and the mix for them was unusually good. My one criticism is the usual boring, reserved Adelaide audiences. I was dying to get to my feet and party, but everyone was sitting stone dead in their chairs.
From Pete The Prophet of Gawler:
This was a great concert... John has surrounded himself with some excellent musos, you are right with your credit for Kenny on drums and Bob on keyboards. Good to see Adelaide really getting into the concert... come back soon John.
From Barbie of Hectorville:
Concert was a blast and boy can this guy still sing. Pity his voice gave out on him towards the end so the encore was 2 songs instead of his usual 4 or 5. Great show. would have preferred he didnt do his country later songs and stuck to Creedance but that is just showing my age. All in all a fantastic night!
From Howard of Melbourne of Melbourne:
I saw the Melbourne concert, he started with Cosmos Factory and he sounded fantastic, voice and guitar work, but he just got even better as the night went on. He sounded like he had just recorded these tracks. Made me feel like taking the trip to Adelaide to hear Green River as well.
