John Fogerty in South Africa
Hi guys,
he's been in the music world for decades, and he has seen many places (I believe a private show in South Africa also occurred).
Can we ever expect to see the great John Fogerty playing a live concert, or perhaps concerts, in South Africa?
There is a very big fan base here waiting for him.
Please, I beg of you, come to South Africa!
Currently, Big Concerts (http://www.bigconcerts.co.za/) handle international artists.
If there's interest, please get in touch with them.

Re: John Fogerty in South Africa
Yes.... on June 1 2010, John played a private concert at the Leopard Creek Country Club near the South African city of Malelane. It took place on the edge of a scenic national park. The event celebrated the 60th birthday of wealthy businessman Johann Rupert. Take a look at the photo from the show... it seems like the dream concert setting for any Fogerty fan:

I agree that John should play shows in not only Africa, but other locations around the world. Countries like South Africa, China, Japan, Turkey, and Israel attract tons of huge rock stars and I'm sure have huge CCR fanbases, but (aside from a one-off Japan appearance) John has never played there. But there's still time left!
