John's new album "Wrote a Song for Everyone" is definitely coming out this year. I promise you that. :) Sooner rather than later. Keep your eyes peeled for lots of new info coming out in the next few months!

All in good time. But trust me, I'll update you guys as soon as I can tell you the exact dates. There's a method to the madness. :) And you won't be waiting too much longer now.

The whole "few months" thing makes me nervous ... I assumed a single would be released at this point already, but who knows when that'll happen. But at least we now have concrete information actually coming from the Fogerty camp.
If you'll notice during the Sound City clip that Julie posted, John *almost* slipped and gave away some release date information, saying "we have a version of Fortunate Son that you're going to hear in.... [PAUSE] ...uh, the very near future!"
Any chance you can tell us if any new songs will be on the album? (that wouldn't be spilling the beans on any release dates or track listings, now, would it?? Just confirming a previous statement from John himself!
